JOB SUMMARY As a Senior Business Unit Director , you will lead management of Jabil’s largest accounts and key industries, serving as the primary executive liaison between Jabil and its most critical customers. This role is responsible for defining and executing a shared vision with customers, driving global P&L performance, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. You will influence senior-level stakeholders, negotiate complex contracts, and develop long-term growth and execution strategies that strengthen Jabil’s market position.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Finance, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in strategic account management and global business operations. Proven success in managing multi-site P&L and driving revenue growth. Advanced knowledge of contract negotiation and operational functions (manufacturing, supply chain).
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen and analytical ability. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities. Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute account strategies that align with customer and Jabil objectives, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Global P&L Ownership: Manage full financial responsibility for assigned accounts, including pricing strategies and margin optimization.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain executive-level relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying organic growth opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and SLAs at a strategic level.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee delivery of operational commitments, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Define organizational structure, lead cross-functional teams, and develop talent to support business objectives.
  • Business Reviews: Manage Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions with customers and internal leadership.
