As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA or Dallas TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint. We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Requirements

  • Experience working as a Business Analytics Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced level SQL skills for data analysis in Oracle and any other non sql databases
  • Proficiency in Excel, with exposure to BI tools such as Tableau / Microsoft Power BI / Oracle BI
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience as a Quality Assurance tester or similar role.
  • Experience working with Jira or other test management tools.
  • Extensive experience in the analysis, definition and documentation of business and data requirements.
  • Continuously refining Agile practices and methodologies to improve the effectiveness of requirement elicitation and stakeholder engagement process.
  • Leading by example in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Serving as liaison between Business units and IT teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitation successful project delivery.
  • Actively participating in release management activities.
  • Understanding and familiarity working within the SAFe Agile Framework
  • Understanding and familiarity defining requirements and specifications for APIs and Microservices
  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
  • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
  • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
  • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
