About The Position

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst at our client in Minneapolis, MN. Qualifications include: The Senior Business Systems Analyst (ServiceNow UX Lead) is responsible for driving user-centered design across all ServiceNow initiatives. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with organizational standards. The Analyst will lead UX strategy, gather and refine requirements, support testing and deployment, and develop documentation while championing design excellence and consistency across the platform.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration of UX design throughout the ServiceNow development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
Conduct and synthesize user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to guide design decisions.
Convert research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define requirements aligned with user and business needs.
Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and supporting documentation for scalable experiences.
Ensure accessibility and inclusive design principles across all ServiceNow modules.
Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and reviews with stakeholders.
Iterate on designs using user feedback, analytics, and test results.
Mentor ServiceNow team members to strengthen UX practices and user advocacy.
Present UX strategies, concepts, and deliverables to stakeholders and leadership.
Partner with Corporate Communications to align ServiceNow experiences with enterprise UX standards.
Participate in testing, drive issue resolution, and support implementation and check-out processes.
Create procedural documentation and user manuals.
Follow Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
