Partner with business leaders to understand challenges, design actionable strategies, and implement OneStream solutions to enhance performance and enable strategic decision-making Transform raw transactional data into analytical insights using OneStream's Specialty Planning, Analytical Blend, and custom solutions to meet evolving business needs Lead operational excellence across the SDLC, utilizing JIRA for structured project plans, timely delivery, and compliance with audit standards Manage security protocols, access provisioning, and governance activities, ensuring SOX compliance and adherence to regulatory standards Drive efficiency through process automation, data reconciliation improvements, and deployment of BI tools and advanced technologies Oversee platform scalability, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement, ensuring transparency with detailed project reporting Develop SOPs, mentor team members, and deliver impactful training programs to empower users and maximize the EPM platform's capabilities About the Team The EPM Team, part of the Data and Analytics department, focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and enabling digital transformation through financial modelling, data management, innovation, and AI solutions.
