THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The person in this role will be an integral part of the IT-GTM (Go To Market) Application Services group and report to Sr. Manager, GTM Systems & Solutions

Requirements

• Strong functional consultant with proven experience in Subscriptions Billing and Revenue Management
• Proven experience showing strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, evidenced by the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Business Systems Analyst position working in IT organization
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick), Zuora Billing

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the IT & Business roadmap, drive solution definition, overseeing its execution to SMART goals working closely with Sales, Renewals and Subscription business stakeholders.
• Analyze and document the functional design and solutions to support Pure Storage's Sales, Renewal and Subscription operations.
• Own Configurations for Subscription Billing and Revenue Management System
• Build rapport, credibility and cohesion across business, operational and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the revenue recognition function.
• Develop and implement best practices for revenue recognition to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure processes remain aligned with regulatory changes.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
