Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field or four years of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education, experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities to thoroughly understand and perform the major duties of the position to serve as a liaison between system stakeholders, interpreted as five or more years of experience with at least three years of finance business systems analysis or similar experience.
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to serve others.
  • Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in financial software, such as ERP systems (e.g., Workday), accounting software (e.g., Excel), and financial analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of finance principles and best practices.
  • Skill in the preparation of clear and precise administrative reports, particularly user tutorials, guides, and other training materials.
  • Skill in effective organization and time management, ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Skill in commitment to maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Skill in excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Skill in the analysis of problems and the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Skill in the preparation of clear and precise administrative reports.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
  • Serve as the technical and functional role providing support of financial systems that are complex in nature and related to the ERP environment for the core applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the ERP project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact ensuring data integrity, system security and maintenance, system modifications, report writing, document maintenance, system audits and recommendations for process changes.
  • Assist with system updates and upgrades, working with internal teams, departments, and vendors to test changes to ensure systems and processes are working as designed.
  • Partners with stakeholders to understand business needs and designs suitable system configurations to meet those needs.
  • Creates and maintains reporting capabilities and responds to information requests in line with department procedures.
  • Effectively communicates system and process changes across the organization.
  • Maintains proper change management documentation to meet the company’s standards and audit requirements.
  • Designs test plans and participates in system testing.
  • Conveys problems, and areas of improvement, and develops process enhancements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new features and continuous optimization of system processes.
  • Create and maintain end-user and internal training materials and SOP’s.
  • Trains, mentors, supports team members and others as needed in a formal setting, in group setting, or one-on-one.
  • Maintains a full-time presence on the job.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including problem-solving and continuous process improvement
