As a Senior Business Solutions Architect on the Uno Health team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the experience of eligibility, enrollment, and redetermination for millions of people across the U.S. This is a senior individual-contributor role with broad ownership and high autonomy. You will own major product initiatives end-to-end â from framing the problem and defining strategy, through execution, launch, and iteration â in a complex, regulated environment. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, customer success, and leadership to translate business goals and constraints into clear product direction and shipped customer value. The ideal candidate is energized by ambiguity, detail-oriented without losing sight of outcomes, deeply data-driven, and motivated by building products that have real-world impact. This role does not require direct management of people, but involves leading highly cross functional teams and efforts. Itâs also about owning hard problems, and being a driver of a value-packed roadmap.
