This role plays a crucial part in analyzing business processes and supporting organizational change management initiatives within a vital program. The Business Solutions Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to document processes, assess changes, and ensure that deliverables meet the evolving needs of the program. Your expertise will support the successful adoption of a single case management system across multiple providers, impacting both efficiency and service delivery. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
  • 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
  • Bachelor’s degree (additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis).
  • 3 years of hands-on experience applying Organizational Change Management methodologies to IT initiatives.
  • Experience supporting public-sector, health, or human services programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collect and interpret data related to process performance, cost, quality, and stakeholder impact.
  • Apply structured analytical processes to IT and business transformation initiatives.
  • Document current (“as‑is”) and future (“to‑be”) business processes supporting operations.
  • Assist with gap analysis and readiness assessments related to organizational and system changes.
  • Support development of business artifacts including process flows, workflows, and documentation.
  • Support the execution of change management activities including assessments, planning, and strategies.
  • Assist in the development of change management plans, communication materials, and training-related artifacts.
  • Help track and measure change effectiveness using agreed-upon metrics and success criteria.
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts as needed.
