This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Solutions Consultant - REMOTE. This role focuses on providing senior-level expertise in business analysis and process consulting. You will guide ServiceNow projects from a business solutions perspective, emphasizing baseline ITSM and supporting ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD initiatives. As a trusted advisor, you'll bring clarity to complex situations, aligning stakeholders and transforming operational needs into scalable ServiceNow capabilities. Your contributions will help drive measurable outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including business analysis and process improvement.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow ITSM.
  • Knowledge supporting ITOM, ITAM, and/or HRSD initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Understanding of ITIL® principles and service management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis and process consulting for core ITSM capabilities (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB).
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to document current-state processes and define future-state improvements.
  • Align process design to ITIL principles and ServiceNow leading practices.
  • Define measurable success criteria (e.g., improved SLA performance, reduced MTTR, improved change success rate).
  • Develop high-quality user stories and requirements documentation using frameworks such as INVEST, BPMN, and SMART.
