Reporting to the GBS COE Manager, you will support the GBS organization by developing automated processes and implementing technology enhancements that replace manual work, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in our evolving environment. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Build strong relationships with business partners and Information Technology teams. Demonstrate broad understanding of multiple technologies to develop solutions and summarize recommendations for leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor teammates delivering similar projects. Interpret data using multiple problem‑solving approaches and translate results into clear, actionable narratives. Identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions. Design reporting metrics and provide analysis that drives action and resolution. Participate in problem resolution that improves business processes. Support customer requests and partner across the company at all levels. Design business processes and recommend improvements. Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and address issues.
