This role is dedicated to enhancing lives, fulfilling dreams, and building communities through expert level financial consultation, relationship development, and mentorship within an emphasis on business accounts, products, and services. The Senior Business Relationship Specialist (Sr. BRS) serves as advanced, trusted financial professional with the knowledge and authority to manage complex business structures, mentor peers, and deliver sophisticated financial solutions for business account needs. This position supports a robust portfolio of various lending and account types, including Commercial and Industrial lending, Commercial Real Estate lending, Private Banking, Business Banking, Small Business Administration (SBA), IOLTA, IRETA, property management, and trust accounts. The Sr. BRS provides advanced financial education and tailored recommendations, leveraging a deep understanding of credit union products, policies, and business member needs. Working in partnership with Business Services Relationship Officers, the Sr. BRS role proactively engages business member and applicant relationships through meaningful financial conversations, identifying opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships through tailored guidance and coordinated solutions. As a senior member of the BRS team, this role provides mentorship and leadership support in the absence of management, is a role model for the BRS, and plays a key role in advancing department goals, business member engagement, and Numerica's member-first culture. This position may serve in a designated specialty account relationship support role (such a Commercial Lending team support, Private Banking team support, Business Banking and SBA team support), as well as regional support (such as Spokane, North Idaho, Central Washington, and other opportunities and regions that Numerica Credit Union expands to), to support strategic organizational priorities and evolving business member needs. These specialty pathways broaden functional expertise, enhance service capability, and strengthen Numerica's ability to deliver business and digital solutions. Participation in a specialization track reflects readiness for expanded responsibility, contributes to future talent development, and supports ongoing career mobility within Business Services and Numerica Credit Union.
