Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager (LO) to be part of our growing Business Banking Team. This role will support customers in an assigned local market by deepening relationships and engaging in prospecting activities. In this role, you will source and onboard new business clients, build visibility and develop strong Centers of Influence (COIs), deepen existing relationships, manage a moderately complex book of business, and drive portfolio growth. You will also proactively manage risk exposure, conduct comprehensive financial and credit assessments, structure and support credit solutions, present credit recommendations, and deliver a full suite of Wells Fargo business banking products. The role involves tailoring solutions to client needs, collaborating with product teams, engaging financial decision-makers, providing actionable feedback, and retaining/growing client relationships. This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member, and assisting customers without taking an application or offering/negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations.
