About The Position

Metropolis is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Business Recruiter, you aren't just filling seats — you are building the engine that powers the Recognition Economy. You will drive the future of seamless experiences by identifying, engaging and hiring the top-tier technical talent needed to build what’s next. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders in corporate non technical functions such as Finance and Legal to meet immediate hiring needs while anticipating future staffing requirements. We are looking for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of multiple searches and prides themselves on delivering a white-glove candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of G&A recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment
  • A proven ability to build trust and rapport with hiring managers and leaders across functions
  • A demonstrated commitment to providing a superior candidate experience
  • The ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to present to senior leaders and executives
  • Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • A polished, professional presence

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage exceptional candidates for critical G&A roles
  • Partner with hiring teams to own the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers
  • Build strong relationships with hiring teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution
  • Provide a white-glove experience to every candidate, guiding them smoothly through each stage of the process
  • Track progress and communicate key recruiting metrics and pipelines to internal stakeholders
  • Build and sustain a talent pipeline that anticipates the needs of our rapidly growing teams
  • Maintain efficient candidate flow and data integrity within our applicant tracking system
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and structured interview plans that ensure consistency and clarity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and extend offers that reflect candidate expectations and company standards
