As a Senior Business Program Manager reporting to the GXP Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experiences during our AI-native transformation. In this role, you will influence leadership decisions, design and execute employee experience programs, and enable product teams to thrive in an AI-driven world. Success means measurable improvements in engagement, learning adoption, and cultural alignment. You’ll combine strategic thinking with execution, leveraging storytelling and data to deliver impact while fostering an inclusive environment where every voice matters. This position calls for exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, along with experience in managing learning programs. Success in this role requires experience with learning programs and a deep understanding of the day-to-day needs of product managers, engineers, and scientists as they navigate the shift to AI-driven workflows. You will need program planning, execution, and analytical skills, combined with storytelling expertise across multiple media formats.
