As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will be discovering, analyzing, and redesigning end-to-end business workflows using Lean Six Sigma and BPMN methodologies. The position bridges business and engineering teams by translating process insights into technical requirements, enabling automation through workflow tools. It also drives continuous improvement by optimizing data flow, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting implementation through stakeholder collaboration and performance metrics. In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an a Business Process Analyst
  • Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and workflow design tools
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system workflows
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams such as engineers, designers, and data analysts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end workflow discovery and documentation across business and technical teams
  • Conduct Lean Six Sigma Value Stream Analysis to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added steps
  • Translate business processes into technical workflow models (BPMN 2.0+)
  • Define future-state optimized workflows to reduce cycle time and improve decision-making
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate workflows into system design and automation requirements
  • Support implementation of workflows in orchestration tools (e.g., Camunda or similar)
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate duplicate data entry and streamline data flow across systems
  • Develop process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to validate requirements and workflows
  • Support continuous process improvement post-deployment through metrics and feedback loops
