About The Position

The Boeing Company's Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) organization is seeking a hybrid Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Operational Excellence team. This role can be located in Mesa, AZ; St. Louis, MO; North Charleston, SC; Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; or Seattle, WA. The selected candidate will provide direct support to the Senior Executive Director of Technology and Systems and serve as a chief of staff, aligning business priorities and operational strategies to support facilities leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials executive-level audiences
  • 5+ years of experience with Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 5+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing initiatives involving cross-functional or cross-business-unit teams
  • 5+ years of experience proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in change management, program management, business operations, or related roles
  • Experience coordinating large-scale business meetings
  • Experience supporting production, facilities management, supply chain, IT, or related business functions

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the ESTS management system, ensuring alignment and inclusion of team-level management systems
  • Assist in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes that enable ESTS to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and analyze data to validate results and ensure alignment between ESTS value streams and organizational goals
  • Coordinate commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues impacting facilities operations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners to foster collaboration and support business goals
  • Support emergent program requirements and ongoing business management activities
  • Use knowledge of business operations to identify gaps, solve problems, and coordinate cross-functional efforts
