About The Position

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Operations Associate to help identify, evaluate, and scale new growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with experience in consulting, investment banking, or a similar environment—where structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and intellectual curiosity are essential. You’ll work directly with Senior Leadership to conduct research, optimize funnels, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact - that you have the opportunity to own. Rather than requiring deep digital experience on day one, we’re looking for someone who can apply problem-solving fundamentals, learn fast, and develop expertise in digital growth levers over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong track record of academic and professional achievement.
  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, PE, business operations, or growth-focused roles.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and the drive to learn new concepts quickly—especially in digital marketing and growth.
  • AI super-user and comfortable testing new LLMs and AI tools to create efficiencies and unlock opportunity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence senior executives through clear, compelling insights.
  • Ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights and decisive solutions.
  • Comfortable prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a competitive drive to seek out growth opportunities. You set a high bar for yourself and your team and are constantly pushing that bar higher in the pursuit of success.

  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, test, and launch new channels to drive audience growth and incremental revenue.
  • Maintain a sharp focus on P&L impact to ensure profitable expansion of initiatives in a non-budget-constrained environment.
  • Work directly with senior leaders to prioritize and execute new channel expansion opportunities.
  • Support continuous optimization of conversion funnels, from acquisition through engagement and retention.
  • Monitor performance and financial metrics, making proactive recommendations to improve profitability and growth.
  • Conduct profitability analyses on opportunity segments (e.g., keywords, bidding strategies, device targeting, geo-targets) to unlock growth.
  • Frame ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, conduct funnel and profitability analyses, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Partner with the team to hypothesize, test, and launch UX improvements across multiple website properties.
  • Distill complex findings into concise memos, presentations, and discussions that drive executive decision-making.
  • Seek opportunities to apply AI tools and approaches to enhance efficiency, deepen insights, and accelerate testing and execution.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, clearly communicating financial metrics, risks, and opportunities.
