We are currently looking for a Senior Business Manager for our premium Navien heating and cooling product, Navien Mate. The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with B2C products and preferably B2C Heating Products. This person must have strong negotiation, and relationship management skills. They must also be able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind. The Senior Business Manager must be able to achieve maximum sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling/marketing the company’s products and/or related services by personally contacting and securing new business accounts and customers.
