About the organization: The Emerging Payments & AirKey organization develops and maintains innovative payment experiences for Capital One customers, including digital wallets, virtual card numbers, merchant checkout experiences, spend management capabilities, such as subscription management, and new commercialization opportunities. The Emerging Payments Strategy & Analytics team drives all of the analytical and strategic work across the organization, including enterprise-level strategy, product-level strategy, strategy execution, monitoring, reporting, ad hoc analyses, insight generation, marketing campaigns, testing and experimentation, business cases, valuations, etc. As a Senior Business Manager on the Emerging Payments Strategy and Analytics team you will help build and then lead an analytical marketing function that spans across every product in the organization, in addition to core strategic projects. You’ll lead a team of analysts generating insights to identify new opportunities, building business cases, owning testing and experimentation, driving our marketing strategy, and quantifying the value of initiatives and products. You will communicate complex concepts in compelling and actionable ways to senior audiences, and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves to understand critical details when needed.
