About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst supports Revere Medical’s mission by delivering high-quality analytics that meet customer and organizational needs. This role serves as a primary analytics partner to stakeholders, helping define project scope, objectives, and success metrics. The analyst applies structured problem-solving methodologies to gather, analyze, and visualize data, delivering clear, actionable insights while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a BI Analyst, BI Developer, or related analytical role
Strong SQL experience
Experience working with healthcare data or within a healthcare environment
Working knowledge of business intelligence and analytics technologies
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a distributed team

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks preferred

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions across the organization
Partner with stakeholders to define business questions, scope, and objectives
Gather, integrate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to end-user needs
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Train and support end users on new reports and dashboards
Maintain documentation for analytics processes, data models, measure definitions, and integrations
Ensure adherence to data quality standards and best practices
Support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
