About The Position

As the Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence you will be key team member in the digital transformation of our supply chain data.
You will act as a consultant to internal stakeholders, translating complex requirements into production-grade insights that deliver measurable business impact at scale.

Location: Philadelphia, PA or Rockville, MD Job Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner directly with business leads to define requirements and validate the value of new data products
BI Development: Design and maintain BI dashboards and AI insights to replace manual, spreadsheet-based processes.
Data Visualization: Transform proven concepts into production-grade insights, providing long-term support and stakeholder value.
Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure underlying data views are optimized for reporting and global scale.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve business processes.

Requirements

• Power BI Mastery: Extensive experience with Power BI, including advanced DAX, Power Query, Report Center, and user-centric dashboard design
• Financial/Business Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data structures and navigate the transition from manual legacy tools to automated BI.
• Bachelor’s degree (or proven successful business experience) in business administration, marketing or a related field
• 2-3 experience in analysis, and Strong ability to interact with stakeholders and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of BI projects
• Analytical Mindset: Focused on scaling proven concepts to serve many users globally.
• Learning Mindset: Open-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and approaches as the BI + AI ecosystem evolves.
