About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Talent Acquisition (TA)Transformation & Innovation Team. This position will support the Project Coordination of TA28. In this role, you will: Support delivery of a major Talent Acquisition (TA) transformation initiative, partnering closely with the Lead Project Manager to ensure plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track. Provide strong project coordination and execution support, including tracking actions, risks, issues, and decisions; escalating items as needed to support timely resolution. Manage core project administration, including SharePoint site maintenance, document organization, version control, and adherence to project standards. Coordinate and support governance and working sessions, including meeting scheduling, agenda development, facilitation support, and detailed meeting notes with clear actions and owners. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, timelines, and readiness artifacts. Prepare high‑quality materials such as status updates, PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and talking points in support of leadership communications. Conduct data gathering, finding, and basic analyses to support assessments, risk identification, and impact evaluations. Support cross‑functional coordination across TA, Product, Communications, Operations, Procurement, and Recruiting Delivery teams. Help translate program requirements into execution artifacts, including change plans, communication inputs, and stakeholder engagement materials. Monitor interdependencies and impacts across the TA ecosystem and flag potential risks or gaps to the Lead Project Manager. Apply enterprise and organizational knowledge to support evaluation of change impacts and downstream implications. Maintain strong working relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and subject‑matter experts across HR. Support continuous improvement efforts within TA Transformation & Innovation by contributing to templates, playbooks, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, ideally within a large, matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations and tell the story through visuals and narrative.
  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills; ability to connect concepts across multiple workstreams and distill complexity.
  • Experience with HR Recruiting tools/technology transformation (Applicant Tracking System, Candidate Relationship Management, automation tools, conversational AI, sourcing technology, workflow modernization).
  • Experience supporting cross-functional programs or projects in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, prepare materials, capture minutes and track action items
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through to support project execution and readiness activities
