About The Position

HSHS is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role is a remote, Illinois-based position with occasional travel to the hospitals you support in central Illinois. Healthcare experience is preferred. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and Hiring Leaders to understand the Health System's staffing demand needs and develop a proactive, innovative assessment and recruitment strategy to identify, recruit, select and onboard the industry's top talent. This full cycle recruiting role will manage an efficient demand-schedule process for high volume/entry level and service-related positions. Become an industry expert and develop relationships with key leaders. Develop an ongoing candidate relationship management program to effective pipeline and recruit candidates for volume applicant flow roles. Be recognized as a leader and innovator in delivering a customer-centric and efficient candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred. Five (5) years of recruitment experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
  • 2 years Talent Acquisition experience is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is preferred.
