Your focus will be on leading daily management and continuous improvement initiatives across North America. You will advocate for best practices and protocols while working closely with leadership teams to ensure ongoing business success. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement and transformation within a large organization.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven change management and transformation capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive key commercial productivity indicators to improve performance.
  • Identify performance issues and present impactful recommendations to leadership.
  • Develop and manage the Daily Management framework, including KPI setting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated goals and management strategies.
  • Maintain engagement with business partners to align initiatives with field operations.
