As a Senior Business Development Specialist, in the Specialty Vehicles team, you will be involved in leading the charge to meet and exceed revenue growth and profitability expectations for the Thermal product segment. You will champion the development and execution of strategic planning to target customer development and new product awareness/introduction aligned with our vision for growth. You will develop strong partnerships within Original Equipment (OE) and aftermarket customers to grow the existing customer base and win new business in targeted new accounts. This is a build not run role. It is an exciting opportunity for a sales hunter with a technical focus to make an impact in a growing business segment.
