About The Position

Lamina is a modern SaaS platform transforming how financial institutions manage syndicated and participation loans. Built to address long-standing inefficiencies, Lamina enables banks, credit unions, private credit and other lenders to manage the full loan lifecycle—from origination to servicing—in one unified platform. Our platform connects institutions through a centralized, AI-enabled and API-first approach that streamlines collaboration, improves transparency, and replaces manual processes with real-time insights. Backed by over 20 years of industry expertise, Lamina is redefining participation and syndication lending for a more connected and efficient future. We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to drive qualified pipeline and support complex sales cycles. This is a high-impact role requiring ownership of strategic outbound execution, and close collaboration with Business Development Executives (BDEs).

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years in BDR/SDR or inside sales roles
  • Proven success exceeding pipeline or meeting quotas
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services
  • Strong communication and business acumen
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven
  • Resilient, competitive, and coachable
  • Proactive ‘hunter’ mentality

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Execute outbound campaigns and generate new opportunities
  • Follow up quickly on inbound leads
  • Identify key stakeholders and buying centers
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDEs
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce and Hubspot
  • Partner with BDEs on account strategy and deal progression
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging and targeting
  • Contribute to outbound playbooks and best practices
