Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of successful B2B "hunter" sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas in Managed Services, IT Solutions, or Legal/Professional Services Technology.
  • Industry Knowledge (Required): A strong understanding of the legal industry's operational, technical, and regulatory environment is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Must possess a high-energy, self-motivated, and disciplined "hunter" mentality.
  • NYC Market Expertise: Familiarity with the New York City business landscape, specifically legal and financial.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • New Business Development (Hunting): Drive aggressive new logo acquisition within the NYC legal and professional services market through cold calling, networking, targeted outreach, and leveraging industry events.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively build, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline from initial lead generation to contract closure using our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments with C-level executives (e.g., CIOs, COOs, Managing Partners) to understand their IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation challenges.
  • Solution Sales: Articulate the value proposition of IVIONICS’ core offerings, including: Managed IT Services (MSP/TechOps) Advanced Cybersecurity & Compliance (TechRisk) Cloud Services and Digital Transformation Legal Technology Consulting and AI Adoption
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Develop and present tailored, value-based proposals and solutions that align with the client’s strategic business objectives and bottom line. Negotiate contracts and pricing to finalize new business agreements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on legal industry trends, technology needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure effective positioning of IVIONICS’ services.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Technical Pre-Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure a smooth client transition and service implementation.
