About The Position

This position will support the growth of our Dallas region by sourcing and securing scrap materials from the Iowa and Southwestern markets. This role will also provide operational support to ensure alignment with company standards and contribute to the facility’s readiness for R2 certification. Training for R2 certification processes will be provided. Develop and execute acquisition strategies to expand scrap material supply into the Dallas and other regions. Identify, evaluate, and secure new supplier relationships across the Iowa and Southern markets. Support operational alignment within the Dallas facility to ensure efficient processing and material flow. Participate in R2 certification preparation activities, including training, documentation, and compliance support. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and leadership teams to ensure consistent quality and service levels. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity to inform purchasing decisions. Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions, pricing agreements, and material volumes. Represent the company professionally in all supplier and industry interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electronics scrap acquisition, trading, or related materials procurement.
  • Strong understanding of e‑scrap markets, commodity values, and supplier dynamics.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn R2 certification requirements and support compliance initiatives.
  • Ability to travel 25%–35% as required.

  • Operational experience within recycling, processing, or related industrial environments preferred.
