As an M&E-focused Senior Business Development Manager at Endava, you'll be looking for "Reach and Frequency" with the media and entertainment Big 5, other Majors. Streamers, Platforms, and the Megaplex & Conglomerates. Our M&E team will help you guide these entertainment and content titans down the red carpet through the whole sales odyssey, unleashing outcome-based solutions that catapult their enterprise landscapes into the future and their business ambitions onto the awards podium.

Requirements

  • 10+ years crushing new business in strategic enterprise tech services – think high-drama sales cycles in broadcast media or hi-tech realms.
  • Battle-tested expertise in media's pulse: tech trends, ecosystem upheavals, and the battles that keep execs up at night.
  • A pre-warmed web of contacts – former clients, influencers, and decision-makers in media's elite circles – ready to deploy.
  • Proven prowess spearheading bold initiatives to snag enterprise whales.
  • Hunter's instinct: net-new logo obsession, from prospecting chills to presentation thrills and a negotiations guru
  • Jedi-level skill spotting pain points, wooing VP/C-suite gatekeepers with persuasive prowess.
  • Self-propelled rocket: fueled by targets, driven to dominate.
  • Stellar scorecard: $10M+ annual quotas conquered, year after year.
  • Mastery in crafting "ad agency "quality proposals, business cases, and SOWs that draw the curtains on blockbuster deals (not skinny bundles) that close curtains on all our competition.
  • Jet-set ready: Travel's the thrill – local jaunts, cross-country hops, a valid passport and driver's license a must; expect wheels-up during prime time.
