Position: Sr Business Development Consultant Overview: The Senior Business Development Consultant (BDC) is responsible for new merchant acquisition, which means your job is to sell the benefits of the GreenSky program to home improvement contractors across the country. Additionally, a Senior ‘BDC’ is responsible for making outbound calls to reinvigorate and win previous businesses who have stopped offering GreenSky. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, logging customer information, and working to meet sales quotas. Key duties include building a pipeline of prospects, maintaining a database, scheduling and following up on training appointments, and collaborating with the sales team. Ultimately, you will be considered successful if you can enroll high-value merchants that want to grow their business and delight their customers by offering GreenSky payment options.
