About The Position

Agius & Partners SA is hiring on behalf of a well-established Swiss private bank operating a US-licensed Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) to recruit a Business Developer focused on US clients in the South East region . The role sits within the Wealth Management division and is dedicated to expanding the firms US footprint through strategic relationship development with Financial Advisers, financial institutions, and key Centers of Influence. The position is based in Miami. The Role You will join a highly driven and entrepreneurial Business Development team, working closely with Relationship Managers to grow and strengthen a network of US-based Financial Advisers, intermediaries, and strategic partners. This is a senior, front-facing role with significant autonomy, responsibility, and direct impact on business growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development within private wealth management, serving HNW / UHNW clients , and/or in the distribution of financial products and services to financial institutions.
  • Established network of US-based Financial Advisers , Centers of Influence, and Business Introducers in the South East US .
  • Proven ability to originate, develop, and close complex business opportunities.
  • Strong client focus with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Structured, analytical, and resilient, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Hands-on, self-motivated personality with mentoring and leadership capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain your own network of Financial Advisers at US financial institutions.
  • Build relationships with Centers of Influence , business introducers, and direct prospects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to US-based Financial Advisers and prospects, offering holistic solutions across products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client and prospect needs, preferences, and overall wealth situations.
  • Manage and own relationships end-to-end, acting as relationship lead and ensuring a high-quality client and prospect experience.
  • Leverage internal specialists and expert resources to deliver integrated solutions and investment propositions.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure full adherence to Risk & Compliance requirements and internal policies.
