Senior Business Data Analyst
About The Position
Clean Harbors is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to support the Sales Operations function. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and forecasting models using SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other internal tools. The Senior Business Data Analyst will partner closely with Sales Operations, Sales, IT, and Finance to identify performance gaps, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and revenue growth. This role includes continuous development of sales performance metrics, creation of interactive dashboards, enhancement of pipeline and revenue forecasting, and application of statistical modeling to optimize sales strategy. The analyst will also support Sales leadership with a wide range of ad-hoc analytical needs.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining reporting, analytics, and forecasting models using SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other internal tools.
- Partnering closely with Sales Operations, Sales, IT, and Finance to identify performance gaps, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
- Continuous development of sales performance metrics
- Creation of interactive dashboards
- Enhancement of pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Application of statistical modeling to optimize sales strategy
- Support Sales leadership with a wide range of ad-hoc analytical needs.
