Job Description: This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include monitoring and testing controls and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in process engineering, process design, risk management, or business controls.
  • Hands-on experience with Single Process Inventory (SPI) and Process Owner Portal (POP), including creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Proven ability to document end-to-end process flows, including activities, risks, controls, and key metrics.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Process Management Policy and Standards and ability to apply them consistently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across risk, audit, and business teams.
  • Proficiency in using enterprise tools and systems for process documentation and quality assurance (e.g., ORCIT, POP).

  • Experience in Financial Center Operations processes and controls
  • Experience in process or control owner for process aligned to the Single Process Inventory (SPI)
  • Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations

Responsibilities

  • SPI Management & Documentation Create, maintain, and enrich SPI documentation (processes, risks, controls, metrics) in enterprise tools such as Process Owner Portal (POP) and ORCIT. Partner with Process Owners and Delegates to ensure SPI documentation meets enterprise standards and reflects requirement changes. Support ongoing enterprise SPI deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Audit & Issue Remediation Collaborate with Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams to respond to and remediate SPI-related audit issues within established SLAs. Track and report progress on remediation efforts to ensure closure of issues.
  • Quality Assurance Perform QA reviews in ORCIT to validate accuracy and completeness of SPI documentation. Identify gaps or inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a liaison between the Front-Line Unit (FLU), Business Controls, Risk, and Audit teams. Provide guidance to Process Owners on process design, enrichment, and compliance with enterprise standards.
