This function is an extension of the executive – optimizing time, anticipating needs, managing, competing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across professional commitments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and capable of managing ambiguity. This position serves as a strategic partner to a senior executive, ensuring the executive’s time, priorities, and engagements are aligned with organizational objectives. This role is responsible for managing complex, scheduling, communications, logistics, and operational coordination, proactively, identifying risks, anticipating needs, and removing friction. Success in this role requires strong, organizational capability, executive presence, critical thinking, and the ability to anticipate requirements before they explicitly communicated. Performs general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as telephone coverage, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, taking and distributing meeting minutes, copying, screening mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining department records.
