As a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within PNC's Balance Sheet Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Balance Sheet Management team with focus on Interest Rate Risk and Liquidity Risk in banking. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to assess balance sheet sensitivities, model risk exposures and support our reporting and business needs. Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis, SQL for database querying and data management, and Power BI for dashboarding, visualization and reporting. This role requires translating complex data into insightful reporting, actionable insights, and ensuring compliance within the regulatory landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology proficiency, quantitative analysis, and finance/risk management. • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
