About The Position

Osmose is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and support enterprise-level initiatives following a large-scale organizational transformation. This role is a critical contributor within the PMO, responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a high-volume portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple business and technology domains. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful solution delivery. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with significant opportunity to influence enterprise solutions and help shape PMO processes, standards, and practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working across CRM, ERP, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Data domains.
  • Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent initiatives.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • IIBA certifications (ECBA, CCBA, CBAP).
  • SAFe certification (SA, SSM, POPM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
  • Exposure to enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, ETL, data warehousing).
  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple functional and technical domains.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and specifications suitable for Agile delivery.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, and working sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, functional requirements, and technical solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners and delivery teams to refine, prioritize, and manage backlogs.
  • Define clear, well-scoped, and actionable user stories.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI Planning (SAFe), daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Support delivery teams operating in Scrum and/or SAFe Agile frameworks.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Manage multiple assignments across concurrent initiatives and workstreams.
  • Drive clarity and alignment in complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Develop and maintain current- and future-state business process flows, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.
  • Identify gaps related to data availability, integration points, and process inefficiencies.
  • Support enterprise reporting and analytics efforts by defining KPIs, metrics, and data requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case creation, and execution.
  • Validate that delivered solutions meet documented business requirements.
  • Assist with defect triage and resolution tracking.
