The VA CHDS Enterprise Cloud Fax Team is seeking team players who can respond to a high-volume of mid to moderately technical inquiries from VA users, enterprise wide. The role we are filling is ECFax Business Analyst - experienced with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for operations, data management, maintenance and configuration management. Create overall management and business automation process strategy and oversee implementation. Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available. Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and data verification. Participate in training customers and identifying repeatable issues that can be resolved in a knowledge article. Document inquiry responses and problem resolutions prior to closing the ticket.

Requirements

  • Expert in Configuration Management methods and concepts.
  • Experience in Business Process Management (Intermediate).
  • Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).
  • Testing skills to test automation processes.
  • Ability to design the automation process.
  • Customer care communication skills.
  • ServiceNow or similar ticket tracking skills.
  • Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based).
  • Basic coding skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience.
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
