Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an IT business analyst supporting a software development project
- 7+ years of experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis
- Knowledge of business processes and systems analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in IC or DOD environments
- Bachelor's degree
- TS/SCI clearance required; active polygraph required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with specific IT systems or tools relevant to our clients' needs
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- IT or Business Analysis certifications
