We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Business Analyst to act as the vital link between our business requirements and technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between the data and the leadership team, ensuring that project outcomes align with our Strategic Planning and deliver Maximized Effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments; familiarity with DevOps is a plus.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, alongside advanced SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated Critical Thinking and Strategic Thinking to solve complex operational challenges.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience working directly with structured data.
  • Experience working with modern data warehouse such as Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with ETL platforms such as Fivetran or similar data integration tools.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Engagement skills, including the ability to lead Workshop Facilitation with both executive and technical teams.
  • Strong Cross-functional Collaboration skills with a track record of excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear Presentation Skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • A proven ability to create Operational Efficiency and Streamlined Operations through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Requirements Gathering, Elicitation, and Requirements Analysis.
  • Creating high-quality Documentation that guides technical development.
  • Conduct thorough Workflow Analysis and Gap Analysis to drive Business Process Improvement (BPI).
  • Develop robust Business Process Modeling and Data Modeling frameworks.
  • Perform ROI Analysis to justify project scope and investments.
  • Define System Requirements and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure seamless System Integration.
  • Utilize SQL for data querying and BI Tools (currently Sigma) to create visualizations that provide Actionable Insights and track Key Performance Indicators.
