Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights, the Senior Business Analyst supports QVC. You will will lead customer analytics efforts to help guide strategy for QVC and HSN. The Sr. Analyst will lead the development of customer targets through forecasting and customer file analytics in close partnership with leaders across the organization. The Sr. Analyst will develop customer goals tied to financial targets, coordinate with partners in Finance and engaging with senior executives. You will analyze customer behavior through statistical modeling, main driver analysis, customer segmentation and profiling, and data mining. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with business leaders, providing them with comprehensive customer behavioral insights to support the decision-making process. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
