This role is ideal for a senior business analyst with strong experience in fixed, indexed, and variable annuities and a solid understanding of the annuity new business lifecycle and distribution models, including IMOs and direct agency relationships. The role also requires knowledge of annuity sales distribution and sales enablement, including aligning technology solutions to distribution strategy and supporting the evolution of telephony and CRM platforms. The successful candidate partners closely with business, product, and technology teams to gather and translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear functional and technical requirements. This role focuses on assessing end-to-end impacts across products, platforms, and distribution channels and delivering scalable, compliant solutions aligned to strategic priorities. A key aspect of this position is the opportunity to build and expand technical expertise through hands-on work with enterprise platforms and emerging technologies, contributing to the organization’s ongoing digital and operational transformation
