The Senior Professional Business Analyst (OCM) plays a critical role in supporting enterprise change initiatives across complex healthcare programs. This role partners closely with PMO leadership, project managers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and sustained change across systems and processes. This position is not a traditional requirements-focused BA role. Instead, it operates as a senior, change-focused partner, providing hands-on organizational change management expertise across high-visibility, regulated healthcare initiatives.
