About The Position

The Senior Business Analyst leads complex initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver strategic solutions. This role is responsible for driving requirements gathering, analyzing business processes, and recommending improvements that align with organizational goals. The Senior Business Analyst provides thought leadership, mentors junior analysts, and ensures successful execution of projects through advanced analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field. (required)
  • Proficient in MS Excel/PPT
  • Data integration
  • Intermediate database query writing/coding
  • Ability to perform queries of large datasets
  • Exposure to data integration, visualization, and data mining techniques
  • Strong project management skills
  • Building business knowledge/experience with AI tools and prompting
  • Knowledge of source systems
  • Knowledge of BI reporting tools including Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and CRMA
  • Ability to learn the process of consuming data from the data supply chain
  • Develop and maintain recurring performance dashboards and reports
  • Capacity to automate reports
  • Intermediate knowledge of CRM platforms
  • Intermediate knowledge of regulatory processes
  • Understands business partner strategy and the business of banking at a high level
  • Asks the right questions
  • Understands upstream and downstream impacts

  • General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs.
