We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to own the analytics, reporting, and insights that power Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) authorization ecosystem—one of the company’s most critical and complex commercial channels. In this role, you’ll turn large‑scale partner, compliance, and operational data into clear, decision‑ready insights that directly influence how the CSP program evolves, scales, and delivers value. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, partnering closely with Commercial Engineering, AI, operations, and program compliance teams to define what success looks like, how it’s measured, and how insights translate into action. This is not a back‑office reporting role. You’ll build scalable, self‑service analytics, reduce manual friction, and surface insights that leaders rely on to improve partner experience, strengthen compliance, and accelerate growth across the CSP ecosystem. Within GCPS, the Global Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations (GPO) organization brings together the go-to-market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments. The Channel Commerce Strategy & Enablement team sits at the center of this mission. We focus on turning complexity into clarity—using data, insights, and modern analytics to guide how the CSP channel operates, evolves, and delivers value to partners and customers worldwide. Our work informs strategic decisions, drives program improvements, and ensures the CSP ecosystem continues to scale with trust, efficiency, and impact.
