Senior Building Maint Worker
About The Position
The South Dakota School for the Blind and Visually Impaired is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Senior Building Maintenance Worker to perform custodial and general maintenance duties that keep our facilities clean, safe, and well-functioning. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong teamwork, and is committed to maintaining a welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom sanitation. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal. Maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint background check.
