Aon’s Global Client Network (AGCN) is comprised of dedicated teams of risk advisor's throughout the world. The AGCN provides counsel and advice at the local and home office levels, helping global organizations identify and manage various types of risks impacting their businesses. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions to help clients make better decisions. For Philadelphia region candidates: This is a hybrid role to work from our Philadelphia, PA and Radnor, PA offices approximately 3 days a week on site. Minimal travel to clients (1-5 times a year) outside of Philadelphia region may be required. For candidates outside of the Philadelphia region: This is a hybrid role reporting to work from the closest Aon office approximately 3 days a week on site, reporting to the AGCN Philadelphia Leader with minimal travel to our Philadelphia office if/when required. Minimal travel to clients (1-5 times a year) within and outside of the Philadelphia region may be required. What the day will look like The Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) Broker II is responsible for the management of a complex portfolio of global accounts, including placement and service, and ensuring multinational client deliverables are maintained. This individual is accountable for acting as the AGCN representative for the local office or region on new business opportunities and any training needs for internal and external clients.
