About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Bridge Reviewer / QA Plan Review Specialist to perform in-depth technical reviews of bridge and structural transportation plan sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 15+ years of bridge design experience
• Strong knowledge of ODOT bridge plan development and transportation plan production

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive reviews of bridge plans, details, and calculations
• Verify compliance with ODOT bridge design manuals and standards
• Identify constructability, detailing, and coordination issues
• Support internal QA/QC processes, documentation, and plan set quality assurance processes
• Maintain active bridge design skills to support backlog demands
