About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Bridge Engineer to work with us in our Bellevue office and alongside some of the industry’s most respected experts. In this role, you will tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute to projects that define infrastructure excellence across the region.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering
PE License (SE preferred)
10+ years of structural design experience in bridges and transportation infrastructure
Expertise in structural analysis software such as CSI Bridge, or LARSA 4D, Midas Civil
Experience with WSDOT standards, codes and procedures strongly preferred
Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges
High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence

Nice To Haves

Experience with WSDOT standards, codes and procedures strongly preferred
PE License (SE preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead the structural design of complex transportation infrastructure, including bridges, tunnels, and walls.
Oversee and review engineering reports, calculations, and drawings for accuracy and compliance.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Work directly with state agencies, municipalities, and design/build contractors to develop tailored solutions.
Play a key role in business development efforts, engaging with clients and presenting innovative solutions.
