You'll lead our marketing efforts in the vibrant Miami market, essential for establishing Maple Hospitality Group's concepts: Maple & Ash Miami, The Studio and Eight Bar (opening soon) as the new hot spots in Miami. You'll generate buzz and ensure our unique brand resonates deeply with the local audience, shaping our local identity in partnership with our national brand strategy. As a team player, you'll be an integral part of our national marketing team — also supporting other markets and concepts outside of Miami. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director. As Senior Brand Manager, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll bring a sharp understanding of Miami’s cultural landscape, blending local relevance with national brand direction. This position requires expertise across digital, experiential, and community-driven marketing with a focus on delivering high-impact, measurable results.
