About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our flagship brand. This high-impact role is responsible for setting the brand’s strategic direction, managing its full P&L, and driving both daily operations and long-term innovation. With oversight of the company’s largest marketing budget and a team of 2–3 direct reports, this position plays a critical role in shaping the future of our most important brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10+ years of progressive brand management experience in consumer goods (CPG experience strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in managing large P&L and significant marketing budgets.
  • Strong track record of leading innovation projects from concept through execution.
  • Naturally curious with the ability to spot trends, opportunities, and insights that can be transformed into business growth.
  • Experience building deep consumer intimacy and shaping strategy through both qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Comfortable navigating and leading through ambiguity in fast-moving, competitive markets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the brand’s strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company vision and growth objectives.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage the full brand P&L, balancing investment, profitability, and market share growth.
  • Innovation Pipeline: Lead the development and execution of the brand’s innovation strategy, identifying new growth opportunities in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Consumer-Centric Growth: Actively seek out consumer insights, category trends, and marketplace opportunities—leveraging both primary and secondary research—to build strong consumer intimacy and transform insights into growth strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management of the brand, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, and external agencies to ensure business plans are aligned and executed successfully.
  • Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 brand managers/associates, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate brand strategy, performance, and future plans to senior leadership, influencing decision-making across the organization.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrive in ambiguity with a solutions-driven approach; challenge the status quo and identify opportunities for breakthrough growth.
